Lance J. Schefers
President
Lance founded Schefers Roofing in 1995. In addition to ownership, he has over 35 years of experience in the roofing industry including sales, consulting, and project management. As owner, Lance has an open door policy and is always involved in the daily workings of Schefers Roofing.
Lance sits on the board for Economic Development for the City of Grain Valley, Missouri. He is also a member of CEO peer group Vistage, in which he received their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020.

With almost 20 years of experience across all facets of the construction industry, Sam leads operations for Schefers Construction Services, including Schefers Architectural Sheet Metal.
