President
As President, Douglas Mackesty is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Schefers Roofing and its clients, vendors and manufacturers. Since joining the team over 15 years ago, he has helped lead the company into the award-winning contractor it is today and manages all aspects of each project from start to finish, including sales, bids and estimating. Outside the office, Douglas spends his time with his wife Christina and their two daughters.

With nearly 20 years of experience across all facets of the construction industry, Sam Hill serves as Vice President of Schefers Roofing Company. In his role, Sam provides leadership across the company’s operations while continuing to oversee Schefers Architectural Sheet Metal division.
