Vice President
As Vice President, Douglas is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Schefers Roofing and its clients, vendors and manufacturers. Since joining the team over 15 years ago, he has helped lead the company into the award-winning contractor it is today and manages all aspects of each project from start to finish, including sales, bids and estimating. Outside the office, Douglas enjoys spending time with his wife Christina and their two daughters.

Vince Pagliuco
As Assistant Controller, Vince works to manage general accounting and financial duties, including maintaining financial statements, billings, payroll and licensing.
Randy Shaw
Randy oversees all aspects of accounting and financials for Schefers Roofing and its companies.

Joining Schefers in 2021, Juan works closely with the project management and estimating team to prepare technical drawings and job submittals.
