In his role, he works closely with clients and his team to develop detailed custom sheet metal projects and manages project development, preconstruction, progress and close out phases at each stage.

As Vice President, Douglas Mackesty is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Schefers Roofing and its clients, vendors and manufacturers. Since joining the team over 15 years ago, he has helped lead the company into the award-winning contractor it is today and manages all aspects of each project from start to finish, including sales, bids and estimating. Outside the office, Douglas spends his time with his wife Christina and their two daughters.

Service Operations Manager
As Service Operations Manager, Brian leads the service department in helping clients increase the serviceable life of their roofs, including scheduling inspections and repairs, managing preventative maintenance programs and providing solutions for roof related repairs. Prior to joining the Schefers team in 2017, he gained project management and estimating experience through a nearly decade-long career in the roofing industry.

Kenny Landreneau
Estimator & Project Manager
Kenny joined Team Schefers in August of 2014. He graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. His current role includes estimating, project management and various other IT related duties. Since starting with Schefers, he has become a Level 1 Infrared Thermographer and has passed his certification to become an FAA Certified Drone Pilot.
