Since founding the company in 1995, Lance has remained the principal owner and president of Schefers Roofing Company.

As Vice President, Douglas is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Schefers Roofing and its clients, vendors and manufacturers.

Kenny joined Team Schefers in August of 2014. He graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.

With almost 20 years of experience across all facets of the construction industry, Sam leads operations for Schefers Construction Services, including Schefers Architectural Sheet Metal.

As Service Operations Manager, Brian leads the service department in helping clients increase the serviceable life of their roofs.

Dennis brings expert-level knowledge and decades of experience to his role on the project management and estimating team.

Joining Schefers in 2021, Juan works closely with the project management and estimating team to prepare technical drawings and job submittals.

Working closely with the service and repair team, Chris is dedicated to fostering long-term partnerships with clients built on trust, reliability, and value-driven solutions tailored to their commercial roofing needs.
